The Directors of Professional Performance Australia (PPA), were pleased to help sponsor the fifth biennial conference on distance and flexible learning held by the Australian Association of Distance Education Schools (AADES).

This web site was originally published for that conference and was revised in August 2008. The Directors of Professional Performance Australia, Mel Phillips and Ian McKenzie are both educators and have an extensive and diverse background in education. Professional Performance Australia is a company whose main focus is learning programs for people in organisations. We believe that organisations are successful because of their people, and our learning programs are structured around that belief.

Our primary “learning” web site covers most of our products and services. Our company has a subsidiary, International Education Symposiums, whose emphasis is on self-paced individualised professional development learning programs.

Another company subsidiary, Management Focus Australia has developed an exciting Management Foundations for Building Excellent Student Outcomes program. This program would be of great benefit to any educational leader who has not already completed formal leadership or management education.

On the lighter side, we have a site on which is listed several hundred Inspirational Quotes. An example of one is given below. These quotes are available as vinyl stickers (A6 size) which fit nicely into acrylic frames readily available at Kmart, Big W and other stores. I have several of my favourites stuck onto my PC’s and some of my folders. They are also available as posters printed on photographic quality light card. These stickers and posters are printed on our own Roland VersaCam 760mm flat bed printer. It can also print large vinyl banners, art canvas prints and on many other media from a width of up to 760mm to any length.
